    If you are ready to place an order follow these steps:  

1. Print out the Floor Plan of the home you are interested in.
2. Make any changes on the floor plan clearly.  Write the changes in the margins or better, on a separate piece of paper.
3. If you want any other changes, mark them clearly.
4. Complete the order form below.
5. Fax the Floor Plan to (850) 391-4673
6. Please be sure to enter your name, telephone number and/or email address so we can contact you if we need additional information as well as to provide you with pricing.
 
We will provide you with a price on your submitted plan within a few days, depending on the amount of changes and/or options. 

There is no obligation to purchase - there is no money exchanged - we need this information to properly price your home.
